Welcome to Div9ne Companion Care Co. By using our website, booking a session, or engaging in sponsorship or donation activities, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services Provided

Div9ne Companion Care Co. offers non-medical, spiritual, and emotional companionship through storytelling, scripture reading, and presence. We do not provide medical, psychological, or clinical therapy services.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to book services or make donations. Parents or guardians may book on behalf of children, and must be present at for the complete session.

3. Payment & Donations

All bookings must be paid for in advance unless otherwise arranged.

Donations made through the “Sponsor a Visit” program are non-refundable.

We do not guarantee tax-deductible status unless clearly stated.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Sessions canceled with less than 12 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% charge.

No-shows may not be refunded.

If Div9ne Companion Care must cancel a session, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we offer spiritual and emotional support, we are not liable for medical outcomes, emotional responses, or any decisions made by clients after sessions. Use of our services is voluntary and at your own discretion.

6. User Conduct

By using our services or website, you agree not to:

Use the site for unlawful or harmful purposes

Impersonate others or falsify information

Share harmful or abusive content

Attempt to damage or disrupt our website or communications or services

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including logos, designs, text, and resources, belong to Div9ne Companion Care Co. You may not copy, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

8. Privacy

9. Modifications

Div9ne Companion Care Co. reserves the right to update or change these terms at any time. Your continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
