Policy & Care Commitment – Div9ne Companion Care Co.
1. Purpose of Service
Div9ne Companion Care provides non-medical spiritual and emotional companionship to individuals in hospitals, hospice, home care, or transitional spaces. We are not a licensed healthcare provider and do not diagnose, treat, or offer clinical therapy.
2. Confidentiality
All client conversations, visits, and interactions are kept strictly confidential. We do not share personal, spiritual, or medical details with any third party unless required by law or written consent is provided.
3. Code of Conduct
We honor the dignity, beliefs, and preferences of each client. Our companions are expected to:
Maintain compassion, respect, and calm presence.
Refrain from religious persuasion or personal opinions unless invited.
Never accept gifts, money, or valuables from clients unless part of an official donation or thank-you.
4. Booking & Cancellations
Visits must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations should be made with at least 12 hours’ notice.
No-shows or late cancellations may result in a 50% charge unless in the case of an emergency.
5. Donations & Sponsorship
“Sponsor a Visit” contributions are used solely for offering companion care to those in need. Donors will not receive medical or personal updates about recipients unless express permission is granted.
6. Safety & Boundaries
For safety, we reserve the right to:
Refuse or reschedule any visit where hostile, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior is present.
Request that a family member or nurse be present if necessary.
End a session early if boundaries are violated.
