All content, service structures, and offerings under Div9ne Companion Care Co. are the result of original work, lived experience, and professional training. As a provider with the following credentials:

BSci in Interdisciplinary Studies

Certified Spiritual Life Coach

Credentialed in Spiritual Competency for Mental Health

Certified in Care Coordination

CASAC-T (expected 2025)

CPR-BLS certified

I bring not only spiritual insight but certified, care-based expertise to my clients.

To maintain the integrity and uniqueness of this work, any contractors, collaborators, or volunteers who gain access to client-facing materials, training, systems, or original concepts agree not to:

Reproduce or replicate the structure, offerings, language, or flow of Div9ne Companion Care services.

Launch a directly competing service offering within 36–48 months of collaboration.

Use any internal materials, forms, care concepts, or written language for personal gain or relaunch under another name.

This clause is in place not to gatekeep, but to protect the spiritual, emotional, and professional labor poured into this mission.
